Advalight looks into new strategic markets with rebranding

VF Venture backed company Advalight is on the basis of new clinical breakthrough results launching a strategic repositioning of its ADATx medical laser system for skin treatment under the tagline “Power 2 Restore”. Advalight is broadening its focus from mainly treatment of vascular skin lesions to also offering skin rejuvenation under the treatment protocol names “ADVABright” and “ADVAClear”. The relaunch of the brands’ strategic focus was revealed at last month’s IMCAS conference in Paris – Europe’s largest gathering for companies within plastic surgery and dermatology.

Visma acquires FirstAgenda

Norwegian Visma becomes the new owner of the Aarhus-based FirstAgenda. Vaekstfonden invested in the company for the first time back in 2017. FirstAgenda has developed a SaaS cloud-platform to help preparations for meetings as well as during meetings. The company is founded in 2015 and has since had continuous growth. Today they serve the software solution to five regions, 93 of the countries municipalities, as well as several harbors, non-governmental organizations, and trade unions.
